LENNY 2-year-old American Staffordshire Terrier LENNY appears to have been used as a Bait Dog for dog fighting. He is covered with bite marks and large gashes all over his body. The worst places are on his legs, face and ears. The condition he was found in leads us to believe he was dropped off right after a fight. Sweet Lenny did not stand a chance at coming out alive once he was picked up given the condition he was found in. LENNY is finally learning to live, love and accept the big unknown world around him. LENNY has left his horrible past behind him, and his wounds are now just scars that showcase his remarkable story of his strength and his true desire never to give up. LENNY is a survivor. LENNY is currently in a six-week canine obedience-training program where he is learning to be socially accepting of people and animals. He is also learning obedience training that will allow him to function socially to his maximum potential once he is in his forever home. LENNY will do well in a home with submissive dogs or him being the only dog. Hes not a fan of cats or any small animal he can chase. He loves all people. LENNY is a fun loving Pitbull terrier who loves to chase jolly balls and run in the warm sunshine. He has had such a long journey in his short little life but soon he will have more adventures to encounter, those to last a lifetime. He is vaccinated, neutered; house and crate trained, micro chipped, heartworm negative. We require an application, home check and adoption fee. We adopt out of state and help to work out transport possibilities. Our dogs are not allowed to fly a cargo. All our dogs are in foster care and have a safe place with us until we have found their forever home. We are located in the Hilton Head area, SC
